Message From Honorable President

It is the need of hour to start people’s participatory in rural development programmes in our country. After 10 years of working, our net experience is that unless farmers development programmes are not income generating, need based, and people driven, their long term sustainability is always remain under question and doubtful. Thus, any developmental venture may be taken up only by involving community in planning and decision-making without any regard to race, religion, caste, community or creed. The resources are critical to the development. There are men and material resources which are required to implement any rural development programme. We have observed that human resource development deserves for priority.

Although we are facing many problems, challenges however we are making every effort to promote a process of development as explained above. Accepting and overcoming these problems & challenges is the key of our progress. Today we look back on our journey with pride and at the ahead with hopes will continue to play a significant role in future to enabling the rural farmers to participate in the process of National Development and their own fulfillment.
